Signia Active is powered by a Lithium-ion rechargeable battery. It is designed for full flexibility and independence with the pocket-sized Signia Active charger which allows charging on-the-go. The hearing aids are fully protected inside the charging case, which fits easily into a pocket or purse. The charging case itself also has a lithium-ion rechargeable battery and will keep the Active devices topped up with charge when they are placed back in the case, so that they are always ready to use. The charger itself can be recharged wirelessly using Qi charging technology or via a USB-C cable.

Signia active provides up to 26 hours of listening, or 23 hours of listening with 2 hours of streaming.

There are several reasons why the Signia Assistant might not be available:

• You don't have an Xperience hearing aid with Bluetooth paired with the app.
• Signia Assistant is not available in your country (please contact your HCP to know whether your country supports Signia Assistant).
• Hearing aids were fitted before Signia Assistant was released (if this is the case, please contact your HCP to get the Assistant activated).

No. The processing power and neural network is hosted online, and there is not an offline solution. This also ensures that the knowledge encapsulated in it is always up to date.

Yes, with the natural limitations in terms of tools for a monaural fitting.

Signia cannot trace any personal information at all. The whole system is 100% anonymized, and only big group data is analyzed; no individual data is collected. This is extremely important and the basis for the whole system. We couldn't have such a system if anything was traceable. Our "Privacy Policy" is displayed in the App (Settings->Imprint->Privacy policy).

Mask Mode is designed to compensate for the effects that face masks have on speech clarity. Face masks dampen some of the important speech sounds, and Mask Mode boosts those sounds and increases overall focus on speech to help Xperience users more easily understand speech coming through a face mask.  It is easily activated and deactivated by tapping a button next to the volume control slider.

Deep discharge cycles are not required for lithium-ion batteries. The best practice is to charge your hearing aids every night and unplug your charger when not charging.

Yes, with Signia hearing aids you will be able to stream the sound into both ears and enjoy the stereo sound quality.

If you get a phone call while you are streaming music, then you will hear the ringtone of the phone call and the music streaming will be paused automatically. As soon as the call has ended, the music streaming continues from the point where it has been paused.

In case you have a non-Apple mobile device with Bluetooth functionality, you can still enjoy audio streaming by using our streamline.

Currently, StreamLine Mic is compatible with all Signia Xperience and Signia Nx hearing aids with Bluetooth connectivity.

The StreamLine Mic enables direct connectivity to the following devices:

• Bluetooth-enabled Android devices.
• Bluetooth-enabled Apple device.
• Bluetooth-enabled PCs, laptops and older phones.

For all devices mentioned above, the Bluetooth framework version should be 4.2 or higher.

No, you do not necessarily need an app to use the StreamLine Mic. However, you can use the Signia app as a remote control to control the microphone volume. Learn more about the Signia app

No. You do not need to have a special hearing program to use StreamLine Mic.

In the way, the StreamLine Mice offers the wearers a very convenient plug-and-play solution.

StreamLine Mic can be paired with max. eight (8) Bluetooth devices.

Nevertheless, only one (1) Bluetooth source can be used actively at the same time.

Pairing has to be done only once. StreamLine Mic connects to the first Bluetooth device within reach automatically. To switch to another device, the Bluetooth connection of the active device has to be disabled.

The StreamLine Mic provides up to 6 hours battery runtime with full functionality, i.e. continuous streaming.
