Easy control with Signia app
You can control your CROS devices discreetly via the Signia app. You can change the volume setting of your CROS device and for BiCROS fittings, you can also adjust the SpeechFocus feature. For Silk X, you also have the possibility to control your devices via miniPocket.

Yes. CROS Pure 312 X and CROS PureCharge&Go X are compatible with the Xperience devices mentioned above which support
- Direct streaming from iOS (Apple) devices with "made-for-iPhone (MFi) hearing aids" standard
- Audio streaming from other mobile devices (Android smarphones, older Apple devices, PCs, laptops and other Bluetooth mobile devices) is portable via our StreamLine Mic accessory
Yes. CROS Pure 312 X and CROS Pure Charge&Go X are compatible with the Xperience devices mentioned above which support audio streaming from your TV via our StreamLine TV accessory
Adjustments can be made in three ways:
- For CROS devices with a rocker switch,* the rocker switch can be used to make program and volume changes.
- The Signia app, which is freely downloadable to your smartphone, can be used to make program and volume changes as well as adjustments to sound balance and directional** settings.
- The miniPocket remote control is an optional accessory that can be used to make program and volume changes.
* Rocker switch not available on CROS Silk X.
**When using the Directional Hearing feature in the Signia App, CROS is deactivated. It is automatically reactivated when “Auto” is selected on the Directional Hearing screen.
